Day 3
Put First Things First
Most people say they don’t have enough time.
But if we’re being honest… that’s not the real problem.
The real problem is how that time is being used.
Think about it.
How many times have you picked up your phone “just for a minute”…
and suddenly 30 minutes have gone?
Scrolling. Avoiding. Putting off the things that actually matter.
It’s not that you don’t have time.
It’s that your time is being taken by things that don’t move your life forward.
And the longer that continues… the more stuck you feel.
But here’s the good news…
You don’t need more time to change your life.
You just need to start using the time you already have—differently.
Let’s fix that today.
I want you to ask yourself one simple question:
“What’s ONE thing I’ve been avoiding… that I know would improve my life?”
Don’t overthink it.
You already know what it is.
Maybe it’s:
• Starting that workout you’ve been putting off
• Working on a project or idea you keep delaying
• Having a conversation you’ve been avoiding
• Or even just organising your space so your mind feels clearer
Whatever it is… that’s your answer.
Got it?
Good.
Now here’s the key part.
You’re not going to do it perfectly.
You’re not going to do it for hours.
You’re just going to do it for 10 minutes.
That’s it.
Because most people don’t struggle with ability…
They struggle with starting.
And starting is where everything changes.
Think about this:
Someone who wants to get fit doesn’t need a perfect 1-hour workout.
They just need to put their shoes on and move for 10 minutes.
Someone who wants to write a book doesn’t need to finish a chapter.
They just need to write one paragraph.
Someone who wants to improve their life doesn’t need a complete plan.
They just need to take one small step forward.
Because when you start…
Something powerful happens.
You build momentum.
And momentum is what carries you forward.
It makes the next step easier.
And the next one after that.
Until suddenly… you’re no longer stuck.
You’re moving.
So today, forget perfection.
Forget waiting for the “right time.”
Just start.
10 minutes.
One action.
That’s all it takes to begin changing your direction.
