We’re raising £10,000 to grow The Awesomeness Project — a nationwide self-development initiative helping young people and jobseekers build confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to thrive.
Why now?
• As of late 2025, 12.5% of 16–24-year-olds in the UK are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) — around 923,000 young people.
• Youth unemployment affects hundreds of thousands more, and many struggle with poor mental health, low confidence, and limited opportunities.
Young people need support now, not later.
What The Awesomeness Project Offers
The Awesomeness Project is designed to help young people build confidence, develop emotional resilience, improve mental wellbeing, and gain practical life skills. Everything we provide is built around one mission — to help young people feel equipped, empowered, and ready for life.
We offer:
1. Online Self-Development Courses
Short, engaging, accessible lessons covering:
• Confidence building
• Goal-setting and motivation
• Mindfulness and stress-management
• Positive thinking and resilience
• Productivity and habit-building
These courses give young people real, practical tools they can apply immediately.
2. Life Skills & Employability Workshops
Designed specifically for young people and jobseekers, including:
• Communication & teamwork skills
• Emotional intelligence
• Leadership basics
• Personal branding & interview confidence
• CV and job-readiness skills
These workshops help young people step more confidently into employment or further education.
3. Mental Wellbeing Support
We focus on helping young people build:
• Self-belief
• Coping strategies

Our content encourages positive lifestyle choices that support long-term wellbeing.
4. A Supportive Community
We are building a safe, positive online community where young people can:
